How to Keep Your SOPs Up to Date

Sometimes a video is your SOP, so keep it up to date at handover. I look at it almost more of like a, like a pay it forward system for keeping these things up to date. It takes a minute and you're doing the work anyway - that's what we're trying to emphasize with the team. We're not adding seven hours of work to your day. I'm adding a minute and a half of extra time to that one task that needed the update. And mentally, it feels like a dump truck of information we have to do when we're doing an update. But actually going through the task is about a minute & a half. The person who doesn't
