So let me just first say that everywhere weve, you know, implement in this predictive technology, there were never any head count reductions because all it did was add more money to spend. And when your revenue increases from that why would you cut your work force, youryou would expand and not, you know, idnot not shrink, i guess. Ah, you can't be competitive globally in the 20 first century if 75 % of your production capacity is still people writinga stuff on chalk boards and trying to track their production a width with nopads.
