The Importance of Remote Work

Chris: I do think that it's ultimately not like when people talk about their work, they want it to mean more than just shipping deliverables right or meeting some business objective. And there's a lot of fulfillment in that when when your work has positive impact on others and in the process of doing that work you really enjoy,. Chris: Remote work doesn't need more barriers but you can still create avenues and ways to infuse humanity into that work.
