Do People Underweight the Value of Knowledge?
The ability to scale up, you compounding in value and in scales, tends to be less scaleable than figuring out how to actually unblock a bunch of people. The thing that probably compounds the most, and are similar t to what you get at villages, is how do you use that to bootstrap it? It's not always useful to have more people with more knowledge but sometimes that's not necessarily the thing that's most constraining some area.
