Soth: The movie is not just about dealing with her big feelings and her big emotions, but also about understanding how she is different from her family. She says the message more being having an ability to self regulate those big feelings and big emotionsWithout stuffing them down and completely ignoring them. And that does make it harder to understand why the rest of her family doesn't write their pandas at the end. It might be really healthy, i think, for you to figur out these self regulation strategies,. But they don't have to change everything about how they are operating in the world.
