i'm a big advocate of house favorites. Think your menu should have to be static and can't change at all. But i feel like if a cocktail bar is known for, or has a reputation around a drink, it should be available for people who are coming in. And also, if your regular, you just want that drink that you love so much every time. I agree with you 100%. Basically the article, for all you out there, i'll put the link in the description so youl can read it as well. It's basely, don't murder your darlings, why cocktail bars should keep fam favorites on their menus.
