There's so much about what you write in this book and then your subsequent books that align with Buddhist philosophy too. The present moment, it's amazing that that is so central to both Eastern and Western philosophy. How do you maintain that notion of presence? I mean, for me in presence, I think it's a handful of things. It's the elimination of things that don't make you present.
