Andrew John Herrera, 44, Died After Allegedly Being Shot by the Truck Owner

San Antonio police said the truck owner called 911 after discovering the Chevy Silverado was missing from his north side residence, but took matters into his own hands. According to the Baxter County medical examiner, his death is being ruled as a homicide officials are determining if the subject who fired the gun will be charged.
