The Importance of Resilience

I think sometimes maybe the only good thing that can come out of it is like you building your own resilience and like inner strength. I tell myself that everything happens for a reason and find the good and things. That's so hard to do as well. So again it's like something a bit more external versus it all being like only you know in your own brain. Yeah. Speak it out loud to yourself or someone else. I feel like I need to like vocalize it or journal it down or something just like get it out and then I can like work through the emotions. It really does change the road or so much. A lot of things around walks going for a walk remind myself
