InDresson: Lending Club had gone public. At one point was valued at $12 billion. That business declined something like 80 or 90% as public company to a billion and a half. And I kind of understood, having been a VC, that we couldn't just try to go raise capital because there was a chance of frankly running the business into a wall. Peyton inherited something like 70 engineers to manage. A big chunk of the Marcus engineering team.
