Inattention and Procrastination

Sometimes we're struggling with attention because of chronic sleep deprivation. A lot of inattention and hyperactivity, I see relates to the quality of sleep. And so then that hyperactivity the next day is really just a tired brain attempting to keep itself awake. This part of our brain that's so ornery and fragile when it doesn't have everything going right... goes on strike.
