Do you find other things in your household that go along with these habits of waking and in email times and in a marriage and work and evening? Are there things that are important to us as humans to trigger things for us? Like, is that a real thing that the hat triggers? I'm going to work out. Oh, yeah. It's the real thing. So we have a dinner bell we ring. And so little things like that, they're eccentric to me, but they mean really significant things. They mean I'm staying in this pocket of what it means to be a good worker or a good husband, a good father.
