The Benefits of a Faster Cadence
All elite runners, if you look at the elite 10,000 meter final, are all running with a cadence of 180 onwards. So what you need to do is measure your own cadence, and then start to think, well, why is it slow? And I believe that cadence slows down losses, because we're unstable as we land.
