The Year of the Settlement

I predict that people are going to realize that facebook owns instagram and what up. I'm not sure of full divesttures, but i think we are going to see a great desire to settle in one way or the other. And on big tech, there's real chances for a whole new regulatory approach with something that looks a little bit more like a digital agency. So i think the whole issue of big tec and regulation is interesting,. But i think it's going to be the year at the settlement more than it will be the year of protracted litigation.
