Incentives Are Super Power

You're not the payer in health care. You, the individual, you don't actually make decisions. So for us, what we decide to do that was, and frankly, seen as disruptive, is we are direct to consumer. And I feel like you make retail decisions that are in your best interest because you're actually the one paying the bill.
