The Three States of Writing

Cassius: I think that writing exists in three different states that mirror the states of water. When we are very connected to our writing, it's almost like we get in that kind of state as well. We can write those thoughts onto the page and let the page be the container for those thoughts. Some people call that journaling, some people might call that morning pages - lots of different words for it.
