How do you gather that human element and get that anecdotal evidence by talking to people? What do you ask them? And then once you've gathered that, whether it's just through a chance encounter, how do you actually incorporate that into the data-driven numbers-based analysis that you're doing? Much of it ends up being anecdotes. I don't feel like I'm working if I'm talking to somebody about the market on a Saturday afternoon, right? You have to use all of your life.
