The Power of Story

I understand a greater depth of wisdom as Maya Angelou would suggest that wisdom is in some sense the heart of life. And it's just the heart of the sacred texts or heart of faith, wisdom so that we may better understand what it means to be human and take our faith seriously. There are certain texts that resonate with us. They reflect back to us our experiences. In that way, these texts are sacred texts.
