The New Farm Bill Isn't Necessary

The state of main has a very strong local culture of supporting small food processes. The state constitution already gives farms property tax breakes. Over a hundred towns have food sovereignty ordinances, which means that producers in those places can sell directly to customers offering unpasturized milk without a license. Rosemary: I guess it was created for a problem that doesn't exist. It doesn't provide extra money, doesn't even provide training for these new would be farmers, or even solve the problem of hunger.
