For me, structure looks like scheduling, planning, and reviewing my schedule. Every Sunday I set a plan for the week. My pills are always by my coffee maker because there's no way in heck I'm going to forget about coffee. We can also lean on technology in this regard in terms of setting up alarms and things like that until they become white noise - then you need to change them out again.
