The Frazier Institute's Economic Freedom Data Set
There is an outfit out there who tries to measure economic freedom in a relatively systematic way. The Frazier Institute asks questions about a society's size of government. It also looks at what it calls sound money, which is how much inflation is there. How much trade freedom do you have? Is the inflation stable?
