Upskilling and Rescaling - It's All Consuming

With rescaling, it just fundamentally seems like there's more energy in a right? Because you're taking somebody who has no prior experience whatever with engineering. Upskilling, on the other hand, a therre nights and week ends. Theyre a few hours a week. It just feels a lighter weight, and it seems to fit into people's lives more eas funny. I mean, i think internally, we've talked about this a lot. And one thing that we've also seen kind of commet in terms of, like, actually the structure of these differen programs.
