How to Manage Meal-to-Meal Blood Sugar Response

If weights are going up and fasting glucose is going up, it's going to come back to a diet quantity thing. Trying to manage meal-to-meal blood sugar response is not really how to change the outcome. If we wanted to adjust the total quantity down to reverse the trend, we need to eat less than we currently are. To hit 2,000 calories, they could eat 1,000 calories at breakfast and then maybe 500 calories at lunch and dinner to get there.
