How to Create a Well-Being Plan of Action

You really have to create a well-being plan of action at each of those levels. So you need an individual person, a person to have goals and strategies and an action plan for your personal well-being. But then I need to have our team together to be talking about it and looking at trends. Oh, at a team level, these three needs are really in common. And then at the company level, it's really important to do what we call a well- Being Audit.
