LZ Granderson: Are we willing to take agency? And I think a default out of that without taking our own agency to it is I'm just going to put it on others. LZ: So many leaders and so many workers today are confronting what they're being confronted with if they don't want to be. He says there's no free lunch, meaning classic "If I want something new, it will always require vulnerability" Wants to experience as many ego deaths as possible for her own experience.
