Oil Companies Are Investing Before They Make Any Money
As demand plummeted, these oil companies were trying to make investments to keep it going. When you think of oil companies, they have to drill and buy all the equippment before they even get one barrel out of the ground. And a lot of these companies have stopped investing in capx because they didn't know what the political rum would be like. Until that changes, it's still an important part of our economy. Ad we're starting to see it now, is that people are under invested. We rely on oil k whether we like it or not,. It drives a lot of our economy and our lives.
