The ENS name wrapper was as of this recording launched a bit over a week ago. It's basically an upgrade to how ownership of the ENS names is handled and so to its permissions, structure and so forth. And essentially the crucial thing is that it enables owners of names to enforce restrictions on what can be done with those names.
