What Is the Story of Nan Mado?
Upper namadal madalpoe is, according to oral histories, this is the sacred part of the city. One of the qey islets here for burials is na as one of the corner anchors. This was the place with a massive tomb structure on it. It had not just one, but three tombs. The central tomb itself is a large structure built with a heador stretcher pattern. Rit has an entry way, and it's a crypt where the paramount chiefs would have been laid to rest along with their grave goots.
