The Importance of Intentional Balance in Performance

The WEC method 45 deadlift stemmed from tension all balance to leverage the power of the heel into the forefoot. With the matching Spining Shin angle so that everything is vertical in an athletic sense. And then when you do like a WEC 45 where you have your knees out and you're on the fourth or fifth metatarsal heads, like just under the ball, the pinky toe little inside of it. It's very similar to the same tension you feel coming out of a good start in key areas. But I would invite anyone listening to, I'll put in the show, it's WEC 45 deadlift, do that and then do regular and just notice the tension
