The key is that if I put a manager hat on, I want to understand the capabilities that my team requires and that it currently has. But I also have to understand whether or not I need structure and consistency in the process of we perform. So while they look at it through different lenses, ultimately the expectation about what I need as a business leader is the outcome. It's really reliability, repeatability, consistency that our processes enable us to achieve.
