A lot of what we call aging is the result of language priming. Watch how you talk yourself. How do you talk to others? The second one, I'm holding up in our country because I think there's something to be said for a NARS style quest for exploding your mindset. Putting down your smartphone is also a really great way to improve your mindset. Cell phones are terrible for mindset. They create a mobile mindset. That means we are narcissists and it makes us very, very narcissistic. And it destroys a positive mindset towards aging.
In this episode, Steven and Peter discuss the importance of a positive mindset in order to live longer, the science behind aging, and the effects of different mindsets on healthspan.
