A habit around meditation is powerful. You can get better at anything when you do it, right? So if it's five minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes an hour, whatever is right for you and doing that at a consistent basis. Chris: Are there some other less consistent events or triggers or things that you would recommend hey, before you go into this, consider some meditation or maybe there's a can identify or stress, if that makes sense.
