What Do You Believe to Be True in Medicine?
Aldo: I believe that there is such a thing as death by giving up or letting go. A patient who has no reason to die today but many reasons to die in a week or two and you can buy you have a discussion about it at the end of life we're going to withhold dialysis. So this belief I do have that there's something that keeps you holding on to life and that letting go brings death more promptly for reasons that I cannot explain.
