Eat Less Exercise Less Is a Tasting

Eating means i am having a little bit and then putting it aside, maybe to taste to morrow, or to taste later. Be a taster with certain types of food, be an eater of other types. Low calory, low fat, low starch, low sugar, soup, salad, scramble shakes and stirfries. What you are not going to eat are high combinations of salt, sugar, fat, alcohol and starch. But we do want some of them for the satisfaction effects. At the same time, we want to be a mover rather than an exerciser.
