A toxic workplace culture is used to describe a place of work, usually in an office. It's more by significant conflicts, usually between the people who work there. And it can significantly harm productivity and mental health as well. Expert: An organization that is considered toxic is going to be ineffective as well as destructive to its employees.

Toxic workplaces aren’t just bad for employee mental health, they’re bad for business.

No one sets out to build a toxic workplace culture, yet 2 out of 3 employees have experiences toxic workplaces. What’s worse, 44% of employees blame leadership.
