When you feel that sense of contact, hureness, presence, entrain. Pause even longer and notice the quality of the presence. Take it in, bathe in it. Get familiar. And let me say why this entraining is necessary. When we have an unpleasant or scary experience, it's very sticky. It lodges in the implicit memory. Otherwise our habits that come from the negativity bius are gin a rule.
