"I always like to assume that whenever somebody gives me feedback, it's because they're helping me," he says. "Some of the most valuable feedback you can give someone is helping them understand what their strengths are and what they're really good at" He adds: "We often don't remember to give people feedback or we only give people feedback when something is wrong."
