You have to be able to deliver with confidence, but not cross the line into arrogance. You don't want to make the client feel like a dummy. When you're arrogant, you're putting on this air of like contempt,. which is to say, i am and you are slightly below me here. And i can't believe that you don't see this. This is so obvious.
