I eat about a pound of steak for breakfast with three eggs that not usually keeps me pretty satiated for a good chunk of the day in the morning. Maybe the afternoon about two o'clock, I'll have a bit of a snack, just some, you know, pepperoni sticks and some cheese or something. Then after the gym, he'll have another might evening meal.
