You know, there's no question in my mind i could tighten up my diet and training right now and achieve a pretty notewort degree of recomposition. I have no question about that. Gregg: There are many other factors influencing strength gains across that type of time line. Yet over like three months, the amount you build muscle isn't going to be particularly predictive of strength gains.
