There are hundreds of political prisoners in the Russian Federation, according to memorial lists. Over 20,000 people have been arrested only last year for protesting against the war, including at least 565 minors. The regime is using the entire arsenal of Soviet-style repressive techniques that include punitive psychiatry and sexual violence. When they don't want to do it openly, they switch to partisan methods of protesting by setting conscription centers on fire or derailing trains.
