In the past, society has healed from trauma by being tethered to community. The second is regulatory rhythms in your brain that helps calm and ease your brain. Third would be faith in a higher power or cognitive behavioral therapy with counseling; fourth would be medicine. Well, we've turned it on its head and we always begin with medicine in our day,. Then maybe some rhythms will get off our phone and get outside. And then finally, if we have time, we'll make room for community. That's why we're falling out.
