Mascots are there. And they, and they also don't have a voice. Jesus is a mascot for the civil,. for the civil, civic religion that we call Christianity. But how mascots work is mascots don't make any difference. They represent the team. The team doesn't represent the mascot. It's exactly what I've been wanting as an insecure little kid. As time progressed and I began to receive some accolades in, um, mainstream culture and context it was like, yes, this is what I've Been wanting as a believer. So yeah.
