Is It a Lung Issue?

The patient's not ventilating very well, and his pto two is probably, you know, somewhere near a hundred ten. So i'm going to suggest that we are probably dealing with an issue ofof essentially decreased oxygen input to the lungs. Usually it's either going to be intra cardiac or intra pulmonary. And so we've already mentioned toxins as a possible cause of hypo ventilation. The patient's obviously intimated and not able to give much of a history, but sounds like there is some family involved.
