We tried to get a meeting with blockbuster. They laughed at us at the hubris that this little company pretty much bankrupt would ask $50 million for what they felt they could have built in a couple days. So we went back, basically got out of almost everything that wasn't core and laid off 40% of the company. We eventually took about almost two years, but managed to get our way to when the window began to open up for public offerings again.
