Dutch Auction

I've heard allusions to this creating your own companion, a process where it sounds like youre kind of building the avatar yourself in some capacity. But i haven't gotten full sort of clarity on that, like how that dove tails with the dutch auction cause. I mean, again, i don't know whether it justifies a three th price, but again, it's a dutch auction. People buy when they think it's able and worth buying.
