What Is a Mono Repo?

Python is not very strict in any kind of format. It's you can't, you're not forced to do either this or that. And I think other languages are seeing that and adopting that as well. You see Swift with their playgrounds and will Swift in general and dot net with their static main void for everything to get started. They're adopting those types of things.
