How to Be a Successful Engineer

A lot of engineers don't know what the right next step is to take. What advice would you share with them to get clarity on that so they can chart that path starting today? Good question, and I will always begin with being introspective. That's why I do open my book, a new mindskin, a chapter called Know Who You Are Not. And then be strategic to position yourself in places where you can be successful.
