The Role of Fossil Fuel Companies in Climate Change
In 1992, the first major international climate treaty was signed and included a controversial principle. Countries have different historic responsibilities for emissions. Developing countries like China only started industrialisation and increasing use of fossil fuels much later. Fossil fuel companies also share a significant amount of blame for our current and future problems.
