The Tone Meter on the Batman Scale

This Riddler has nothing in common with the Riddler from the animated series. They're not so ever. I don't know that the Batman himself might be more calling to the animated series than the actual movie. The tone meter is something I do, especially when I'm writing with writing partners and we kind of decide on what the tone is by using movie examples.
